What DefendX Academy is
DefendX Academy provides guidance, directories and preparation support for information technology and cybersecurity certifications. We are not a certifying body, we are not a training provider, and we do not award certifications, degrees or academic credit.
Accuracy of information
Certification requirements, approved certification lists, benefit eligibility rules, exam formats and provider pricing all change. We work to keep this site current, but you must verify anything that affects a financial or career decision against the authoritative source — the certifying body, the DoD Cyber Exchange, the VA, or your education centre.
No affiliation
DefendX Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Department of Defense, any branch of the armed forces, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any certification body named on this site. Trade marks and certification names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Membership
- Memberships are personal and may not be shared or transferred
- Paid memberships run for the stated term and renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Discount codes are issued to you, are not transferable, and may be capped by the provider
- Referral credits apply to membership renewal only and carry no cash value
- We may suspend a membership that is being used to abuse discounts or share paid material
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to distribute exam dumps or other material that breaches a certification body’s agreement, to harass other members, to scrape content in bulk, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.
Third-party links
We list training providers, institutions and organisations as a convenience. A listing is not an endorsement and we are not responsible for anything they do, sell or publish.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DefendX Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including any decision to purchase training or sit an examination.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
