- Templates that survive applicant tracking systems, which is most of why good candidates get filtered out
- Certification and clearance sections formatted the way defence recruiters expect to see them
- Achievement phrasing help: converting awards and evaluations into measurable results
- Export to PDF and plain text, with a version history
- Review by a human reviewer at Career membership level
Where this sits in the build. This capability depends on infrastructure and licensing outside the website itself, so it is scheduled as a separate phase rather than held back from launch. Everything else on this site is live today.
